Our Standard Process



Paddy De-stoning

The chosen paddy undergoes a process of de-stoning and cleaning through a specialized machine to ensure its safety and quality for storage.

Store the paddy

After being cleaned, the paddy is stored in a dark room for several months to enhance its suitability for the following steps of the process..

Clean & Soak process

Once the paddy has been stored for a few months, we give it another good clean and soak it for a whole day.

Steam & Dry

After soaking, the paddy undergoes a steaming process and is then dried before being stored for several months once again.

Paddy De-Husking

(Coversion of rice)

The de-husking process is vital to remove the husk from the grain to maintain the quality & integrity of rice.

We ensure that the rice undergoes a rigorous quality check before it is packed and made available to consumers.

Methods for our rice cooking

Electric Cooker

Add 1 cup of rice to 3 cups of water and place it in an electric cooker, Switch on and when it automatically shuts off, wait for 5-10mins and take out the rice and water.

Pressure Cooker

Take 1 cup of rice and add 3 cups of water. Place it in a pressure cooker & keep it on a burner for required time. After it is cooked, leave it for 5-10 mins. Enjoy the healthy and delicious rice.

Gentle Boil

Take 1:3 ratio of rice and water in a bowl, boil it while stirring it occasionally, reduce heat & boil gently for 12-15 mins, while keeping the bowl uncovered. Drain well and serve.

Microwave

Place 1 cup of rice and 2 cups of water in a microwavable container. Cook on medium high for 15 minutes. Let stand for 5 min before serving. Fluff with a fork and the serve hot.
